About me
Joe is a Graduate Surveyor at Daniel Watney Partnership, currently based in the Rating team. He is undertaking a two-year graduate scheme that offers exposure to four key departments within the firm, providing him with a comprehensive foundation across the commercial property sector.
Before joining Daniel Watney Partnership, Joe completed an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading, Henley Business School. He is now working towards his MRICS qualification through the APC pathway.
Joe takes a thoughtful and analytical approach to his work, with a strong interest in the dynamics of the wider property market and how they influence both occupiers and investors. He is keen to develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry, building the technical expertise and commercial awareness needed to deliver informed, value-driven advice to clients across all areas of real estate.
