Using up-to-date tender costs, market data, and the Building Cost Information Service, fully itemised and costed schedules of dilapidations works were prepared.

Expert reports were provided summarising liabilities at each property, with tailored advice on mitigation strategies including the application of statutory defences such as Section 18(1) of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1927 and common law defences like supersession by improvement, particularly regarding energy efficiency upgrades.
