Jane has over 20 years experience working as a Business Rates Accounts Manager. Her responsibilties include reviewing rates demands, liaising with billing authorities to ensure that property and account information is accurate and up to date and securing appropriate reliefs and exemptions on behalf of clients to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
Jane also provides a rates payment service for clients and produces budgeting forecasts for future and current business rate liabilities and savings reports for clients. In addition, she applies to the VOA to have properties deleted from the rating list and applies for new properties to be added.
