2023 rating list revaluation and appeal

Representing one of the largest open storage land sites in the wider London district, we challenged the Valuation Office Agency’s (VOA) assessment for the 2023 Rating List.

The dispute involved detailed negotiations with the Valuation Officer to review and adjust the valuation applied to the property. Through a comprehensive presentation of evidence, Daniel Watney Partnership secured a settlement that delivered total business rates liability savings of £260,000 for the client.
