James has been providing technical rating services for over 10 years and holds an IRRV diploma qualification. He advises clients of all business and property types and sizes.
James specialises in legislative compliance and audit – ensuring clients only pay liabilities they are required to by law and that all exemptions, reliefs and reductions possible are applied to both current and historic bills.
