Daniel Watney Partnership has advised Legal & General across multiple industrial redevelopment schemes.

At West Cross Industrial Estate, on the Great West Road for example we secured a phased planning consent for 120,000 sqft of industrial space, following the achievement of a Local Plan allocation for 600,000sqft of industrial floorspace co-located with 1,800 new homes.

At the Kingsland Business Park in Basingstoke, we have worked with them over a number of years in achieving planning permissions for several redevelopments and refurbishments as part of the estate’s renewal.
