Livery Hall redevelopment delivers premium lettings in the City

Daniel Watney Partnership advised The Worshipful Company of Saddlers on the development strategy for their Livery Hall site in the City of London.

The 15,844 sq ft scheme, designed by dMFK architects, delivered high-quality Cat A office accommodation across multiple floors.

Following our involvement in the development phase, we were appointed to lead the marketing strategy – working closely with the design team and branding agencies to produce a full suite of collateral aimed at showcasing the building’s features and attracting long-term occupiers.

The team successfully let five floors to a diverse mix of tenants including Utmost Group, Knight Frank Investment Management LLP, JX Nippon Ltd, CentralNic, and Coal Pension Trustees. Achieving rents in excess of £60.00 per sq ft.
