About me
Freya is a surveyor in the rating team and has experience in commercial property, specialising in business rates. She holds a Bachelors degree in Geography, providing her with a strong foundation in spatial analysis, data interpretation, and an understanding of the environmental and economic factors influencing the commercial world. Whilst working in rating, she has greatly enhanced her knowledge of measuring practice from conducting regular inspections across the country.
In her previous role, she developed a strong market knowledge of the retail sector from being apart of the National Retail Team at Ryan LLC, and looks to bring this experience to Daniel Watney Partnership and our clients.
Continuing to work in the central London office market as well as across all forms of commercial real estate, Freya specialises in submitting check, challenge, appeals on behalf of occupiers, landlords and investors, whilst delivering bespoke advise to clients.
Committed to continuous professional development, and industry wide recognition, Freya is preparing to submit her AssocRICS in Spring 2026, with the aspiration of achieving MRICS status within the next 2 years.
