About me
Paul joined the Business Rates Team with over 10 years’ experience working within the industry. Prior to working at Daniel Watney Partnership, he worked at the Valuation Office Agency and was heavily involved in the Check, Challenge, Appeal (CCA) process, where he inspected, measured and valued industrial, retail and office properties, with more recent specialism in central London offices in Westminster and the City of London. Paul was also involved in the valuation of offices across London in preparation for the 2026 revaluation.
Using his experience and knowledge, Paul has also supported and mentored a number of graduates through to MRICS chartership.
