Relocation and renewed lease terms at 107 Cannon Street

A longstanding client of Daniel Watney Partnership, Nuclear Risk Insurers sought to relocate from their premises at 12 St Swithin’s Lane to accommodate new post-COVID working practices.

We conducted a thorough market search across Southbank and the City, ultimately securing 2,002 sq ft of office space on the 6th floor at 107 Cannon Street.

Negotiated a 10-year lease with 23 months’ rent-free – 12 months upfront and a further 11 months contingent on the break not being exercised at year 5 – delivering savings in excess of £130,000 over the lease term.
