As part of this ongoing partnership, we advised on, and achieved planning permission and Listed Building Consent for, the proposed refurbishment of the Grade II listed Carpenters’ Hall within the City of London together with circa 80,000sq ft of office development across an adjoining street block also within the ownership of the Company. We provided a full- service offer, with strategic, development and planning advice, letting and investment.
