Here’s how it works:

We look beyond qualifications to understand who you are, how you think, and what drives you. We look at each application personally, no AI involved, to make sure we’re seeing your potential, not just filtering for key words.

Our process ensures that you get to meet the team and ask questions along the way, to make sure that you’re confident that Daniel Watney Partnership is a good fit for you too.

Above all, we’re looking for future leaders and influencers, people who care about doing great work and doing it the right way.

Hear from Our Graduates

“What makes Daniel Watney stand out is the breadth of rotations and asset classes, especially in prime central London locations. The culture here is really good – people are social, approachable, and there’s lots of cross-business interaction. You’re given responsibility, exposure to partners and clients, and real work from the start.”
