Residential development land disposal

Daniel Watney Partnership was instructed by the charity Independent Age to dispose of their site in Henfield, West Sussex.

Working collaboratively, our Planning and Development teams successfully secured allocation of the former agricultural land within the Henfield Neighbourhood Plan for 30 dwellings.

Comprehensive marketing materials were prepared, and the site was widely promoted to generate competitive interest. Multiple offers exceeding the asking price were received, with a housebuilder ultimately selected on a subject-to-planning basis.
