Letting strategy for full occupancy in Prime EC1 location

Daniel Watney Partnership was appointed by The Worshipful Company of Girdlers – owners of the Turnmill Street site in Farringdon for over 400 years – to secure tenants for their newly completed mixed-use development, One Benjamin.

Designed by AHMM, the scheme delivered 17,526 sq ft of office space, 5,721 sq ft of retail, and 5 residential apartments. Located in the heart of Farringdon, One Benjamin offered a rare opportunity to join a thriving hub for culture, living, and working.

Our team led the marketing strategy, collaborating with architects and branding specialists to produce a full suite of collateral including brochure, website, and hoarding – highlighting key design features such as the superhighway ceiling system, linear LED track lighting, exposed concrete soffits, and terrazzo flooring.

The 3rd floor (5,694 sq ft) was pre-let to Albion Capital LLP, and subsequently the 1st (5,856 sq ft) and 2nd (5,931 sq ft) floors, along with two apartments, were let to Chemonics. Ground floor retail units were let to Co-op Ltd and a new men’s barber concept.
