Services

Project & Building Consultancy Services

We provide clarity with technical due diligence and condition surveys, including acquisition, refinancing, and disposal surveys to assess the condition and identify opportunities and risks, enabling informed, strategic investment decisions.

We diagnose building defects, assess and resolve dilapidations claims and prepare Schedules of Condition, while our planned preventative maintenance strategies and reinstatement cost assessments protect long-term asset value and insurance accuracy. We also advise on alterations, neighbourly matters, and fire safety compliance.

We manage repair, maintenance, refurbishment and alteration projects from inception through to completion; ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control. Acting as architect, contract administrator, employer’s agent, cost control and principal designer, we provide full design and specification services while maintaining health, safety, and statutory compliance.

Our team of experienced project managers act as lead consultant on construction projects, planning, controlling and managing schemes from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, to the required quality and in accordance with the Client’s requirements.  Effective stakeholder engagement, risk management and communication are integral to the role.

We act as an independent advisor and monitor for funders, lenders, investors and occupiers with a direct interest in the successful completion of a project where a third-party retains control.  We provide independent advice on all technical, construction, procurement and risk matters so that the client understands the risks and opportunities involved, enabling them to make informed decisions.  Establishing strong relationships with all members of the client and project team is a key aspect of our role, as these relationships help create satisfactory outcomes.

We provide practical, design-led architectural support that blends creativity with technical precision, delivering design solutions, detailed drawings, and measured surveys to guide planning, development, and refurbishment, helping clients shape and understand their spaces.
