About me
Laura has over 20 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor within Daniel Watney Partnership, gaining a wide range of skills and knowledge across a broad range of sectors, including commercial agency, valuation, development and strategic asset management advice.
She works closely with a number of key clients, including livery companies, analysing and valuing their income streams and supporting them with their strategic property decisions, from lease re-gears to complex development projects. She is also a senior member of the not-for-profit team and has a particular specialism in producing Designated Advisor’s Reports in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (as amended by the Charities Act 2022) guiding charities through the various procedures when undertaking a disposal of an asset or looking to acquire one.
