About me
John’s has over 45 years of experience and his career has spanned all areas of development, investment and transactional work.
He fulfils two primary roles for the business: the first as leading the firms not-for-profit team and the second co-ordinating the various transactional teams so as to provide joined up strategic advice to a number of the company’s key clients.
John works closely with a number of livery companies, private income driven trusts, charities and not-for-profit institutions as well as traditional investors and developers providing advice and guidance through the complexities of the property owning and development process.
He is appointed surveyor to four City Livery Companies and lead client report to various charities. He has extensive head-lease re-gearing, asset management and development experience and is currently working on projects throughout Central London.
