About me
Richard is an owning Partner, LLP member and Head of Strategic Property Advisory. He has extensive experience providing rent review and lease renewal advice. As an RICS Registered Valuer , Richard also undertakes portfolio and single asset valuations for financial accounts and tax planning purposes.
His experience spans the main sectors of the real estate market together with a specialism in the private and higher education sector. His work covers Central London together with a national remit for key clients.
His clients include large and small corporate organisations, institutional clients, asset managers and property companies. He advises approximately 12 barristers’ chambers in Central London, many of which own their operational premises through trust structures and lease them back to the Chambers.
Richard is a member of the RICS, a regulated RICS Valuer, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
