Laura is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS Registered Valuer, and Head of Property Management which encompasses residential PRS, leasehold and block management and commercial management sectors.
With 15 years’ experience spanning all aspects of property management, landlord and tenant relations, compliance, valuation and strategic asset management advice, Laura has a strong track record in building lasting relationships, advising clients and offering clear strategic advice.
Her clients include charities, livery companies, family trusts and PropCos, delivering advice to maximise asset performance across diverse property portfolios and devising management strategies to assist clients with achieiving their longer-term objectives.
