About me
Sam is a graduate commercial surveyor holding a master’s degree from the University of Reading, Henley Business School. He joined the firm on a two-year graduate scheme and is currently working towards achieving his MRICS qualification through the APC pathway.
As part of the scheme, Sam will rotate across four departments, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of sectors within the industry. He has started off in the commercial agency team, where he is developing a well-rounded understanding of the London office sub-markets.
Drawing on his previous industry internships and MSc degree, Sam brings a strong research-led approach, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for client-focused solutions. He is committed to contributing fresh perspectives while developing the practical expertise needed to support clients across the London Midtown and City markets.
