Frank Hawkins is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in the Central London office market. Before joining the Commercial Agency team at Daniel Watney, he held positions at leading firms JLL and Avison Young, gaining valuable insight into a range of commercial property sectors.
His experience spans property management, capital markets, valuations, and agency, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the office lifecycle. Since qualifying as MRICS in 2023, Frank has developed a particular understanding in the flexible office sector, deepening his expertise in this fast-evolving area of the market.
Holding an MRICS qualification and a master’s in Real Estate, Frank combines reliable market insight with a practical, solutions-focused approach to landlords, tenants, and investors across Central London.
