Charlie is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 14 years’ experience advising on commercial office leasing, acquisitions, and asset repositioning, with a particular focus on the central London market. He leads the Commercial Agency team at Daniel Watney Partnership.
His client base spans the education, legal, corporates and a range of UK institutional funds, property companies, UK and overseas private investors as well as a number of charities.
Charlie’s current work includes advising on the strategic repositioning of office assets, negotiating complex lease re-gears, and leading multi-stakeholder campaigns involving architects, project managers, and marketing teams. Known for his collaborative and commercially focused approach, Charlie combines detailed market knowledge with a strong eye for design and workplace strategy to unlock long-term value for clients
