Having joined the company in 1998, Richard is now an owning Partner, LLP member, Head of the Agency, Investment and Lease Advisory teams and Partner Sponsor for the Sport & Social Committee. He has vast experience in a wide range of commercial property advice to clients within various sectors, including the charity and not-for-profit.
With a background in providing landlord, tenant and valuation advice, Richard delivers a unique perspective when advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of property leasehold and/or freehold in central London.
Richard advises a range of clients on all transactional elements of a deal including acquisitions and disposals for tenants, owner occupiers, landlords and investors.
Richard is currently advising on a number of disposals and acquisitions in Central London. Recent transactions include the sale of buildings on Clerkenwell Green, Shaftesbury Avenue and High Holborn. Richard provides ongoing asset management and strategic property advice to some of the companys’ most prominent clients.
