Joe is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in the commercial property market covering sectors including retail, office, industrial and leisure.
He has an in-depth understanding of landlord and tenant matters, principally rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears, and has advised clients such as The Arch Company, Telereal Trillium, Tesco and The John Lewis Partnership.
Joe also has experience in agency work and investment transactions, as well as asset valuations, portfolio reviews and general strategic consultancy.
