Reece has worked in housing and property management for 15 years obtaining a sound knowledge of client finance including RICS Code of Conduct and Client Money Protection.
Working for several companies and organisations covering various areas of operations, Reece was key member of each company leading on client finances, financial integration and a specialist in property management and financial systems, data analytics, and strategic planning.
Striving to continuously evolve as an industry expert, Reece continues to build extensive processes and routines whilst establishing teams with the support and recruitment needed to excel. Leading on extensive portfolios and specialising in multiple property tenures (private, shared ownership, commercial, lettings), client accounting and finance, interim management, new business development handover, contract management and negotiations, service improvement initiatives, data analytics and system implementation.
