About me
Olivia is a chartered building surveyor and project manager with over eight years’ experience in the built environment. Her professional and project‑related services include contract administration, dilapidations and planned maintenance, Party Wall Act guidance, schedules of condition, and diagnosing building defects.
She has delivered projects across the residential, commercial and education sectors for fund managers, government bodies, education providers and private developers, always aiming for solutions that are technically robust, cost‑aware, and fully responsive to client needs.
Olivia also mentors junior colleagues as they work toward achieving chartered status under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
