Nick is both RTPI and RICS qualified and has over 25- years proven track record working in the development industry.
As a Partner in our Planning and Development Advisory team and having previously worked within the development management business of a large investor; he has delivered planning permissions for sizeable and high value projects across London and the south-east. He has strong relationships with major institutional, corporate and developer clients.
Nick is passionate about environmental impact and is the Partner Sponsor for the Sustainability Committee. His work encompasses a mix of retrofit, redevelopment and repurposing which has a natural alignment with the advice and service provided to his clients.
