About me
Alex is an experienced development surveyor with over nine years of experience in commercial property. Following two years on the graduate program at GL Hearn, he qualified as a chartered surveyor (MRICS) working in the development agency team. Shortly after in 2019, Alex joined Daniel Watney alongside Toby Greville, jointly establishing the Development Agency and Consultancy Team, sitting within the Planning & Development Advisory division.
Since joining Daniel Watney, Alex has been at the forefront of leading the company’s analytical advice to a wide range of clients including house builders, developers, charities, not-for-profit organisations, local authorities, private landowners and more. He has a strong track record of advising clients on how to find the best use and highest value of their property from a planning and financial perspective, and by subsequently implementing strategies to deliver best value.
With a highly technical but personable approach, Alex delivers tailored advice to clients to help them achieve development objectives, whilst working with a high level of attention to detail.
