About me
Charlotte is a chartered town planner and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 2004. She has significant planning consultancy expertise advising a diverse range of clients including private landowners, housebuilders, institutional funds, charities, institutions and private clients.
Charlotte has a proven track record of achieving both complex planning permissions and local plan allocations. She has regularly appeared at local plan Examinations in Public and as an expert planning witness. Charlotte provides problem solving, client focussed advice, working with wider teams to achieve deliverable planning permissions.
