About me
Charlotte is a chartered town planner with over fifteen years’ experience. She advises on a range of commercial, residential, leisure and institutional projects, specialising in the central London boroughs and the South East. Her clients include charities, funds, private developers and housebuilders.
Key project work includes advising on the regeneration of a strategic allocation in west Watford, repositioning significant heritage assets within central London boroughs, and supporting the delivery of a new school in south London, alongside advising on a range of residential, commercial and institutional assets on behalf of occupiers and investors.
Charlotte has undertaken strategic site and land searches on behalf of national housebuilders, promoted sites through the Development Plan and has appeared at Examination in Public. She builds long-lasting relationships with clients, with a clear focus on deliverabiltiy and compelling commercial outcomes.
Charlotte is Partner Sponsor for the firm’s DE&I Committee and has a personable, people-orientated approach to her clients, colleagues and her work.
