New Team – Development Agency

Daniel Watney LLP are thrilled to announce the creation of a new Development Agency team to be led by Toby Greville and joined by Alex Rosier. Having previously worked at GL Hearn, Toby and Alex have extensive experience working with land owners, developers and local authorities on all transactional elements of development projects. This includes site finding, land assembly, scheme optimization, joint venture structuring, project funding and disposal. The team’s focus is on Greater London and the South East as well as significant urban regeneration schemes nationally.
