Stephen has extensive experience in the central London residential market, acting for a large number of clients while overseeing the agency team and working alongside his asset management colleagues.
Stephen also undertakes valuations for a wide range of residential portfolio’s in and around Central London, provides leasehold reform advice for landlords and tenants, and is a regular contact report to charitable clients. His clients include family trusts, charities, livery companies and private individuals with small residential portfolios. Stephen has been with the company for over 24 years and is a member of the RICS, and a RICS registered valuer.
