James is a Partner in the Investment team at Daniel Watney Partnership, where he advises clients on acquisitions, disposals, refurbishment programmes, development, and asset management strategies. With over 17 years of experience and a transaction track record exceeding £2 billion, James brings deep market insight and a results-driven approach to every instruction.
He has particular expertise in long income transactions and alternative sectors, underpinned by an unrivalled knowledge of the London Midtown and South Bank markets.
Before joining Daniel Watney in 2019, James held senior roles at CBRE in the Specialist Markets team and at Farebrother, where he focused on Central London investment.
His clients include UK institutional funds, listed property companies, private investors (both UK and overseas), and a number of charities.
