Stacey is a Senior Block Property Manager within Daniel Watney’s Property Management team, managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings across London. Her role includes day-to-day block management, service charge budgeting, contractor coordination, health and safety compliance, insurance matters, major works projects and leaseholder communication. Stacey takes a practical and proactive approach to property management, with a strong focus on clear communication, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining good working relationships with clients, leaseholders, residents and professional consultants.
