Acting jointly with Savills, Daniel Watney sold the long leasehold interest of this 23,805 sq ft office building in the heart of Farringdon to Nuveen Real Estate, for £17,800,000 which reflects a capital value of £748.00 per sq ft Nuveen who have since let the space to Landmark Spaces
