Daniel Watney identified the ‘off market’ opportunity to purchase 1-3 Red Lion Court negotiated the purchase of this 4,317 sq ft office building in the heart of Midtown let to Chime Limited, a communications agency, with 3 years to expiry.
The lease has subsequently been extended.
