New Appointment – Capital Markets & Commercial Agency
Daniel Watney LLP are delighted to announce that the transactional side of the business is expanding with two new joiners
James Frost as joined as Partner to bolster the Capital Markets team focusing on Central London with unrivalled expertise in the Midtown, Southbank and City submarkets. James joins from CBRE where he spent two years within their Alternative Markets team. He has completed transactions with a total value of over £2 billion. With extensive experience, he has provided investment advice to a wide range of clients including UK institutional funds, property companies, overseas investors and HNW private investors.
James is joined by Patrick Clark who joins as a Graduate Surveyor within the Capital Markets and Commercial Agency teams. Patrick recently graduated from Aberdeen University where he was studying and has worked with the CBRE Aberdeen, The Harold De Walden Estate and Ryden.
