Deal done for Spacemade creative campus in Hackney
Daniel Watney are pleased to announce the completion of a deal between Southern Housing Group and Spacemade. They have signed a management agreement for a 58,000 sq ft creative campus in Hackney Wick, east London, in a move that will double the size of Spacemade’s platform. They will deliver a flexible workspace building, along with maker spaces for more than 800 members. Due to open in 2024
Spacemade’s unique model of partnerships with landlords creating neighbourhood spaces, close to people’s homes, as flexible working spaces, is appealing to many landlords in this post covid world of work.
