Daniel Watney boosts its team with ten new appointments, including two new partners Luke Kemp and Dominic Tombs

The equity partners are committed to the continued growth of the business to offer a complete property service to existing and new clients.

We are delighted to welcome two new partners, Luke Kemp and Dominic Tombs, who bring years of experience in the areas of Valuation and Planning, respectively. Luke joins us from the client side and has extensive experience valuing a broad range of asset types for a variety of institutional funds, lenders, investors and developers. In recent years, he has specialised in valuing purpose-built student accommodation. Dominic’s focus at JLL was on residential and mixed-use developments, particularly in the Registered Provider (RP) / social housing sector. He will maintain this residential emphasis and the broader planning remit across the Firm’s ever-increasing portfolio of clients.

We are growing in both the Planning and Valuation Teams, where clients are demanding an expanded portfolio, and their vast knowledge and history will help meet this need. We can expand our reach and benefit our existing client base and new relationships by bringing in these Partners.

The Building Consultancy team is also increasing with the appointment of Olivia Porter; Olivia joins from Cushman and Wakefield to help with the growing business requirements in this area.

Ross Crummey joins as a Senior Surveyor in the Commercial Agency business

Leanne Donnelly and Ellie Elam have joined to bolster the Residential property management areas of the company.

Finally, three new graduates have joined our commercial graduate rotation scheme, Teddie Pressland, Gemma Paterson and Philippa Mitchell.
