Daniel Watney Announces Key Promotions, Strengthening Leadership Team

Daniel Watney are pleased to confirm our latest senior promotions, with Charlotte Goodrum and Laura Thorne MRICS Thorne advancing to Partner and Olivia Porter MRICS Porter to Senior Associate Partner.

Laura Thorne holds a prominent role within the Residential Asset and Management team. She has played a key part in developing and leading her team, delivering excellent service to the firm’s clients and their growing market-let residential and mixed-use portfolios.

Charlotte Goodrum has also been promoted to Partner, this time within the Planning team. Charlotte has a proven record of providing clients with high-quality, considered advice in an increasingly complex planning environment, allowing them to make the most of opportunities.

Olivia Porter moves from Associate Partner to Senior Associate Partner in the Building Consultancy team. Olivia provides specialist professional Building Surveying advice as well as taking on the role of Contract Administrator on a wide range of refurbishment and development projects.

Daniel Watney has also promoted Tom Dobier and Nicole Smith to Associate Partner, Ania Szantiewicz to Associate Director, Will Osman to Senior Surveyor and Ellie Elam to Property Manager.
