Daniel Watney were instructed by Southern Housing Group to provide a valuation for acquisition purposes.

The 6.8 acre site, a former waste recycling depot, benefits from planning consent for a comprehensive mixed-use development including a variety of residential and commercial land uses including 435 new homes and up to 39 commercial units.

The proposed commercial units comprise a range of uses including offices, light industrial, a craft brewery, retail shops, restaurants, artists studios and creative workshops and D1 and D2 uses.
