Residential Redevelopment Project

Daniel Watney are instructed to manage a diverse residential portfolio just north of Clerkenwell, owned by a charity with a notable local profile and a remit to support education and educational projects.

The building comprised four blocks of dated one-bedroom units and underwent redevelopment to include the construction of an additional storey and new façade creating eight newly refurbished two and three-bedroom flats on the second and third floors to be let on the open market.

Our Role

Daniel Watney provide strategic advice to Trustees and drive initiatives which include estate-wide cyclical maintenance and improvement programs, ensuring compliance and modernisation across the estate.

On completion of the redevelopment project, we were instructed to market the flats to let, agree new tenancies and manage the individual flats and building.

What was once a dated and drab-looking construction has been reinvigorated with modern materials and converted into the Victorian style of its neighbours, providing a more diverse range of rental accommodation to the local area.
