We worked with Legal & General Investment Management to achieve planning permission for the conversion and two- storey extension of this former office building, to provide a 189- bedroom hotel. The scheme had been pre-let to Whitbread for a new Premier Inn.
We managed, prepared, and negotiated the planning application to a successful local decision. We worked collaboratively with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and other stakeholders to address a policy presumption against the loss of the office and on design. The scheme will contribute towards the regeneration of Hammersmith and will provide a valuable support function to the town center as a major business location.
