The Daniel Watney capital market team was instructed as sole selling agents to dispose of the freehold interest on behalf of a long-standing property company client that had owned the building for more than 40 years.
Result
Following an extensive and wide marketing campaign and competitive bidding process DW negotiated a successful sale of the freehold interest to an established UK family office.
