16-19 and 20-21 Montpelier Mews SW3

Daniel Watney was instructed by APML Estate (formerly Cheval Property Holdings) to secure planning permission for the comprehensive reimaging of two existing residential blocks located on Montpelier Mews. The project involved the demolition of one block, and the extension and replacement to the façade of a neighbouring building. Together, they provide 18 high-quality, residential apartments.

The considered design sought to significantly improve the appearance of the existing buildings and their contribution to the Conservation Area, alongside embodying high energy and sustainability credentials. Daniel Watney engaged with local stakeholders and officers in developing the scheme and securing their support for the proposals.
