The role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Client Accountant to join our growing finance team. You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and block-managed properties - managing everything from rent and service charge accounting to client reporting and compliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy and structure, and thrives on building strong client relationships. You’ll be a key contact for both clients and colleagues, ensuring financial information is delivered clearly, on time, and to the highest standard.
If you’re commercially aware, technically strong, and ready to support junior team members while improving processes along the way, we’d love to hear from you.
About You
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, ideally with experience across mixed-use portfolios including residential, commercial, and block-managed assets. You’ll bring sound financial acumen, a solid understanding of service charge processes, and a clear grasp of client money regulations.
You’ll be confident working under pressure and managing deadlines, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, builds strong client relationships, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, improvement-focused finance team.
We welcome applicants who are AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, though we’re equally open to those with equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role.
