Not For Profit
150 years’ experience in the not-for profit sector
We have worked with charities and livery companies for over 150 years helping them generate best value from their property assets through development, investment, planning and management.
High degrees of discretion create a deep level of trust in our work, which also includes enabling development, overage agreements and risk management.
With a market-leading understanding of the legislation and regulation governing how charities operate (specifically The Charities Act), our independent and highly trusted advice allows groups to have confidence around obtaining best value from their assets.
We are sensitive to the values Not For Profit groups are often bound by and are experts in structuring JV or leasehold arrangements with appropriate partners in order to maximise returns while maintaining freehold interests.
Our broad market knowledge and ability to collaborate closely with other partners in our businesses means we can help Not For Profit landlords innovatively use their estates and support them in offering excellent service to their own tenants.
