As a member of the Professional team, Tim is involved in the valuation of commercial property for a wide variety of purposes including financial statements and loan security. Tim is also responsible for the negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals, acting for owners and occupiers of office, retail, and industrial properties. He is also involved in the provision of Business Rates advice.

Tim graduated in 2005 with an RICS accredited degree in Property Agency and Marketing from the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester. He gained valuation experience at Anderson Wilde and Harris before joining Daniel Watney in 2006.  Tim is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, qualifying in 2007.
