Simon is an APC Building Surveyor within the Building Consultancy and Design Department.

He is involved with all aspects of the department's activities, including the design and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties and is also involved with the professional aspects of Building Surveying, including the preparation of Licences for Alteration; Party Wall matters and preparing Schedules of Dilapidations for both Landlords and Tenants.
