Richard joined the firm in 1998 and is Partner in charge of the Commercial Agency department.  He spent a number of years providing specialist property advice to both landlords and tenants in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructuring with a focus now on the acquisition and disposal of offices, prodominantly in Central London.

Richard lives in South West London with his wife and two daughters.  He has a keen interest in football and an active participant in triathlon, marathon running and snow boarding.
